Welcome to Morning Oil Coffee. These Terms of Service govern your purchase of whole bean coffee products from morningoil.com ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products
We sell whole bean coffee, roasted and packaged for shipment. Product descriptions, roast profiles, and images are for general reference; minor variations in roast, color, or packaging may occur between batches.

2. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a guarantee of sale. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues, before it ships. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and shipping information. We are not liable for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect information you provide.

4. Shipping
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in filing a carrier claim.

5. Subscriptions
Subscribe and Save orders renew and charge automatically at the frequency you select at signup. You may pause, skip, or cancel future shipments at any time through your account before the next billing date. No refunds are issued for shipments already processed or shipped.

6. Returns and Refunds
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns of opened bags. See our Refund Policy for details on damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

7. Charitable Donations
A portion of proceeds from qualifying purchases, including First Bag Forward and per-bag donation programs, is contributed to New Boots Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donation figures shown on the site are estimates based on standard order activity and do not constitute a tax receipt or guaranteed deduction.

8. Product Use and Disclaimer
Coffee is intended for personal consumption by adults. We make no health claims about our products. Customers with caffeine sensitivities, pregnancy-related concerns, or underlying health conditions should consult a physician before consumption.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morning Oil Coffee's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Morning Oil Coffee, its owners, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products or violation of these terms.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, product names, and images, is the property of Morning Oil Coffee and may not be used without written permission.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
