Craft Roasted in Bend, Oregon: A Family Tradition
Once the beans reach Bend, Oregon, they are carefully roasted by a local family with deep roots in the coffee industry. This family-owned roaster, which also runs the renowned Bellatazza coffee brand, has been employing and supporting Guatemalan families for over 20 years. Their expert craftsmanship ensures that every batch of coffee is roasted to perfection, bringing out the best flavors in each bean.

After roasting, we pack and ship all of our coffee right from Bend, Oregon. Our entire process—from roasting to shipping—is carried out in the U.S., using American products and teams.
